- ✓Service quality falls below our premium standards
What's Not Covered
The Voyago Guarantee does not cover:
- ✗Weather conditions or natural events
- ✗Third-party services beyond our control (airlines, restaurants, etc.)
- ✗Personal health issues or pre-existing medical conditions
- ✗Changes due to government restrictions or force majeure
- ✗Traveler misconduct or violation of community guidelines

Resolution Options
If we determine that something within our control went wrong, we offer fair compensation:
- 50% discount voucher on another Voyago destination (valid 6 months)
- Partial refund (for significant service failures)
- Full refund (in rare cases of major issues)
- Combination of the above based on the situation
