Account Registration

Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking through Voyago, you enter into a contract with the relevant Supplier. We act as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Additional fees, taxes, or charges may apply and will be clearly stated
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Supplier and type of service booked. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. Generally:

• Cancellations must be made in writing through your account or by contacting customer service

Refund Processing

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Required vaccinations and health certificates
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

Voyago is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents. We recommend consulting with relevant embassies or consulates for specific requirements.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Voyago is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Provider Responsibility

Voyago acts as an intermediary between you and third-party Suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from their services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties on our platform
• Any content obtained from our services
• Cancellations, delays, or changes by Suppliers

Force Majeure

Voyago is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disputes.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Voyago or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our platform, you grant Voyago a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

• The content does not violate any third-party rights
